Visualization exercise

Visualize yourself doing one of the serene activities or being in the serene places (or both) you just listed in your workbook.

You can always go back to the module (2) video and listen to this quick exercise there.

Capture the details of your visualization on paper. It could be the sound of waves or the scent of a forest. Try to discribe this details by mentioning the senses (see, hear, smell, taste, touch). These discriptions will become the foundation of your serene toolkit.
