Evening wind down ritual

After looking into a variety of things that you could include into your own rituals, you will have a better understanding of what soothes you.

Craft an evening wind-down ritual. This could involve activities that signal your body and mind that it’s time to unwind. Perhaps a calming stretch or a few moments of gratitude. Check of the boxes of the tools or actvities you want to use in your workbook, and start practicing this every day. (start small!)
